Enter through Portal de ses Taules and take your time exploring its cobbled streets, squares, bastions and viewpoints.\n\nDuring your walk, you can visit:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Portal de ses Taules<\/strong>, one of the most recognisable entrances to the old town.<\/li>\n \t<li>Plaza de Vila.<\/li>\n \t<li>The bastions along the city walls.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Cathedral of Santa Mar\u00eda de las Nieves.<\/li>\n \t<li>The area around the castle.<\/li>\n \t<li>Viewpoints overlooking the harbour and city.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nThe old town is built on a hill and includes cobbled sections, so <strong>comfortable footwear<\/strong> is recommended. During the hottest months, it&#8217;s better to visit early in the morning.\n\nAllow <strong>around two to three hours to explore Dalt Vila<\/strong>, depending on whether you visit museums or join a guided tour.\n\n<h3>Midday: La Marina and Ibiza harbour<\/h3>\n\nAfter walking down from Dalt Vila, continue through <strong>La Marina, Ibiza&#8217;s historic fishermen&#8217;s quarter<\/strong> next to the harbour. Its streets are full of shops, terraces and small businesses and also offer some of the best views back towards the fortified old town.\n\nFrom here, walk towards <strong>Vara de Rey and Plaza del Parque<\/strong>. It&#8217;s a good area to stop for lunch or a drink before heading to the southern beaches.\n\n<h3>Afternoon: Ses Salines and Es Cavallet<\/h3>\n\nAfter lunch, head to <strong>Ses Salines Natural Park<\/strong>. This protected area combines beaches, dunes, pine forests, salt ponds and seabeds covered with Posidonia seagrass.\n\n<strong>Ses Salines beach<\/strong> is one of the best-known beaches in Ibiza. It has a long stretch of sand and generally clear water, although it can also become very busy in summer.\n\nIf you prefer walking, you can follow part of the trail connecting Ses Salines with Torre de ses Portes. Another option is to visit <strong>Es Cavallet<\/strong>, located on the other side of the natural park.\n\nYou don&#8217;t need to spend several hours at both beaches. <strong>Choose one for swimming<\/strong> and treat the other as a short walk or quick stop.\n\n<h3>End of the day: Cap des Falc\u00f3 or Ibiza Town<\/h3>\n\nTo finish your first day, you have two options:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Stay in the south and enjoy the late afternoon at <strong>Cap des Falc\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Return to <strong>Ibiza Town<\/strong> for dinner and an evening walk around the illuminated harbour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nWe don&#8217;t recommend adding Es Vedr\u00e0 to this first day. Saving it for your southwest route <strong>avoids unnecessary driving<\/strong> and gives you more time to enjoy it.\n\n<h2>Day 2: villages, markets and northern Ibiza coves<\/h2>\n\nThe second day explores <strong>the north and east of Ibiza<\/strong>. This area feels more rural and relaxed, with small villages, craft markets and coves surrounded by pine forests.\n\n<h3>Morning: Las Dalias and Sant Carles de Peralta<\/h3>\n\nIf the market is open, begin the day at <strong>Las Dalias<\/strong> in Sant Carles de Peralta. It&#8217;s one of Ibiza&#8217;s best-known markets, with stalls selling crafts, fashion, decoration and accessories.\n\nOpening days and times change according to the season, so <strong>check the schedule before planning your route<\/strong>. If it doesn&#8217;t coincide with your trip, you can replace it with Punta Arab\u00ed, Sant Joan market or another activity in the area.\n\nAfterwards, take a walk around <strong>Sant Carles de Peralta<\/strong>. The village is small but has a traditional whitewashed church and a relaxed atmosphere that contrasts with Ibiza&#8217;s busier tourist areas.\n\n<h3>Midday: Cala de Sant Vicent or Aig\u00fces Blanques<\/h3>\n\nContinue towards <strong>Cala de Sant Vicent<\/strong>, a wide beach surrounded by pine-covered mountains. Access is relatively easy and there are several services nearby, making it a convenient place for lunch and a few hours by the sea.\n\nIf you&#8217;re looking for a more natural landscape, choose <strong>Aig\u00fces Blanques as an alternative<\/strong>, provided access is open and conditions are suitable.\n\nDon&#8217;t try to visit both beaches. <strong>Choosing just one cove<\/strong> gives you more time to enjoy it and prevents the day from becoming a series of rushed stops.\n\n<h3>Afternoon: Sant Joan and Cala Benirr\u00e0s<\/h3>\n\nIn the afternoon, stop in <strong>Sant Joan de Labritja<\/strong>, one of the smallest and quietest villages in northern Ibiza. Its centre is built around the church and a handful of terraces.\n\nFinish the day at <strong>Cala Benirr\u00e0s<\/strong>, known for its natural setting and views of the Cap Bernat rock formation. It&#8217;s a pleasant place for a swim and to enjoy the end of the day.\n\nAlthough Benirr\u00e0s is often associated with drumming gatherings, don&#8217;t assume that the drums are an official scheduled event. <strong>Gatherings and access arrangements can change<\/strong> due to safety measures and capacity restrictions.\n\n<h2>Day 3: west coast coves and an experience on the water<\/h2>\n\nThe third day focuses on <strong>Ibiza&#8217;s west coast<\/strong>, one of the best areas for combining beaches, water activities and sunset.\n\n<h3>Morning: Cala Comte or Cala Bassa<\/h3>\n\nStart early at <strong>Cala Comte, also known as Platges de Comte<\/strong>. Its different swimming areas offer clear water and views towards several small islands.\n\nDuring July and August, it fills up quickly, so arriving in the morning is recommended. You can also replace it with <strong>Cala Bassa<\/strong>, located further north and surrounded by a large pine forest.\n\nBoth beaches are very popular, and there is no need to visit both in the same morning. <strong>Choose Cala Comte or Cala Bassa<\/strong> and then continue towards Cala Vadella.\n\n<h3>Midday: arrive in Cala Vadella<\/h3>\n\n<strong>Cala Vadella<\/strong> is protected by two cliffs that form a wide, sheltered bay. Its beach, restaurants and generally calm water make it a good base for spending part of the day.\n\nYou can swim, have lunch by the sea or relax before doing an activity. Kayaking can be more comfortable if you prefer to sit or share the boat with someone else. It&#8217;s better to <strong>choose one of the two excursions<\/strong> depending on the scenery and type of experience you&#8217;re looking for.\n\n<h3>Option 1: boat and paddle surf excursion to Es Vedr\u00e0<\/h3>\n\n<strong>Es Vedr\u00e0 is one of Ibiza&#8217;s most recognisable landscapes<\/strong>.
