the IOSURF\/FESurf Stand Up Paddle Surf Instructor specialisation course 2014 in Altea, Alicante.<\/p><p>In October 2019, she completed her training in the Himalayan mountains, in Rishikesh, India, at the <strong>Himalayan Yoga Association<\/strong> Ashram, completing 300 hours of training covering all the advanced teachings of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
