It is a unique way to connect with nature, both within yourself and all around you.\n\nA new activity has arrived on the beaches of the island of <strong>Ibiza,<\/strong> and it can be practised while floating on calm sea waters. You will also enjoy a great time in the sun, surrounded by the sea, yoga and music.\n\nThe classes are suitable for everyone, whether you have practised yoga before or not. The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.henaluboards.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paddle surf equipment<\/a><\/strong> has been designed by us so that the class can take place in a circle, with the instructor positioned among the group to guide you through the SUP Yoga technique according to your abilities.\n\nCala Vadella beach is protected by two cliffs, making its crystal-clear
